We seek your support in enhancing the sanitation infrastructure of our residential hostel, which serves tribal students from remote areas.
Here is brief introduction of the organization-
VSS – Vanvasi Seva Samiti was established in 1982 in the tribal and hilly areas near Satpura range very close to Madhya Pradesh border. Satpura range near Jalgaon Jamod hosts tribal communities like Korku, Bill and Pawara spread across 50 padas/hammocks. These areas are remote with the residents face lots of hurdle and difficulties due to difficult terrain, poverty, lack of basic facilities like road and connectivity. The communities being spreads and difficult to reach they lack proper food, shelter, education and medical support.
With all these factors VSS is running an organization which will cover this 50+ location and support them for overall upliftment and improving their quality of life.
They didn’t just build an institution—they built hope, opportunity, and change that would echo for generations.
Late Ghanshyamdasji (Kakaji) Gandhi, Late Ajabraobapu Deshmukh and Narayansinghji Bayas Guruji were more than social workers—they were torch bearers of a movement. At a time when interior villages like Handiyamal, Shivni, Ambabarwa, and Bhingara had no roads or vehicles, they journeyed on foot to connect with tribal families and spread the light of education.
To empower tribal communities through value-based education, healthcare, cultural preservation, and social upliftment—rooted in selfless service, national pride, and spiritual identity. We strive to build self-reliant individuals and resilient rural societies connected deeply with their heritage.
A harmonious and empowered tribal Bharat where every individual has access to education, healthcare, and dignified living—guided by the values of Dharma, unity and public spirit, and contributing meaningfully to the nation’s progress.
Our mission extends beyond development—it’s about fostering identity, preserving values, and igniting devotion & public spirit

Our objectives go beyond infrastructure; they reflect our belief in shaping responsible, value-driven citizens:

with many holding esteemed positions in education, healthcare, government, and engineering sectors.
